Acquisition Costs

The following acquisition costs apply when you buy an apartment in Monaco:

• - REGISTRATION AND NOTARY FEES CORRESPONDING TO 6% OF THE PROPERTY PRICE.
• - AGENCY FEES AMOUNTING TO 3% + VAT OF THE PROPERTY PRICE.
• - A DOWN PAYMENT OF 10% OF THE PROPERTY PRICE IS PAID TO SECURE THE PURCHASE OF THE PROPERTY.

The balance of the price plus the costs listed above are settled by the buyer on the day the final deed of sale is signed before a notary practicing in the Principality.
