Rental Costs

The following charges apply when you rent an apartment in Monaco :

• 3 MONTHS' RENT (PAYABLE PER QUARTER IN ADVANCE).
• 3 MONTHS' SERVICE CHARGES (PAYABLE PER QUARTER IN ADVANCE).
• A DEPOSIT OF 3 MONTHS' RENT
• REGISTRATION OF THE LEASE (1% OF THE ANNUAL RENT + ANNUAL SERVICE CHARGES)

Agency fees amount to 10% of the first year's rent.
A lease will usually be for 1 year at least and 3 years at most.
